Caribbean Cancun Luxury B&B

Carlos, Fernanda, and Sarahi were the best! They were extremely responsive with communication before and during our stay. I booked this home for a bachelorette weekend in Cancun. We wanted luxury and space and this gave us both. My party consisted of 8 professional women in our 30s. They recommend information on a chef, yachts, zip lining, and other activities. The chef was AMAZING, the food was great as well as the services and the friendliness!! (Make sure to have cash to pay, either in pesos or USD). We used the chef services 3 times; dinner, breakfast, and brunch. We also booked a yacht as well as went zip lining and everyone loved it. The location of the home is very close (5-10 minute drive) to the strip where all the resorts. The area of the home is safe. While it isn't a gated community there is a guard in a post before you enter, who waved and greeted us and we entered and left each time. The area also appears to be more homey where you can take your family as well. The rooms were spacious, especially the main suite that leads to the balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. There is an ac unit in every room with remote controls, as well as black out blinds. There is ample room to lounge around the house as well as outside. The pool was perfect and not too deep, I would guess that it might go as deep as 6 ft. The jets fizzled but didn't continue in the jet tub (it's not a hot tub at the moment). When we contacted Carlos, they sent out maintenance very quickly to look into the matter as well as sent over extra toilet paper very quickly. We had no problem with checking in or checking out. I would advise to bring more towels if you do not want to wash frequently. With a party of 8, everyone except for 2 ppl had their own beds. The 2, myself and the bride were in the king bed in the main room and the bed was HUGE. Everyone room also had their own bathroom! There were also beach towels provided which was a great addition when we took a swim in the pool. There are two bedrooms down stairs and 3 upstairs. The water pressure was a little low in the toilets (if that is information you were wondering about) but it was no issues as to the functionality of working smoothly. We brought a JBL speaker which was loud enough for the house, but not too loud for anyone outside of the home to hear. There was construction going on at the neighboring location, but again, that is something they can not control, and it was not too loud for us at all! Basically book here if you are thinking about it and it's one of your options!!!)

Our check-in was at 1pm and we were greeted by our host Rodrigo. Amazing and super friendly guy. Always helped when called and responded within a timely manner. We were a party of 7 and the rooms were very accommodating. Very spacious with a beautiful backyard. Overall great experience and will highly recommend this location to anyone.
